Cancellation Request Form

You can request to cancel your order under following circumstances:

1, You must submit the cancellation request within 14 days after the order has been placed.

2, Your order has NOT been fullfilled.

3, You must cancel your order BEFORE the item(s) dispatched to shipping carrier.

4, Once the order was already dispatched to the shipping company, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and refund will be remitted once we receive the order back.
