EU Withdrawal Form

This form is for eligible consumers located in the European Union who wish to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal for a PowerXchanger purchase.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit this form before the withdrawal period expires.

Important Return and Refund Information

Submitting this form notifies PowerXchanger of your request to withdraw from the purchase. A refund is not issued at the time this form is submitted. After your withdrawal request is received, PowerXchanger will acknowledge the request and provide return instructions.

Unless PowerXchanger agrees otherwise in writing, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to PowerXchanger. Return shipping must be prepaid by you. PowerXchanger does not accept freight-collect, cash-on-delivery, or postage-due returns.

Upon request, PowerXchanger may assist with producing return shipping documents and/or a prepaid return shipping label. If PowerXchanger provides return shipping documents or a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from any refund amount owed to you, unless PowerXchanger agrees otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for securely packaging the product for return shipment. The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible, with all protective materials, accessories, manuals, cords, and any other items originally supplied with the product.

You are responsible for the return shipment until it is received by PowerXchanger. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If the returned product is lost in transit, arrives damaged, is missing accessories or packaging, or shows damage caused by inadequate packaging or handling during return shipment, PowerXchanger may reduce the refund to account for the diminished value of the product, where permitted by applicable law.

If PowerXchanger provides return shipping documents or a prepaid return shipping label at your request, you remain responsible for properly packaging the product and making it available to the carrier in suitable condition for safe transport. You agree to cooperate with PowerXchanger and/or the carrier if a return shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

After the returned product is received and inspected, PowerXchanger will reimburse eligible payments received from you for the returned product, including the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery, if outbound delivery was charged by PowerXchanger, subject to any permitted deduction for diminished value and any return shipping label or return shipping document costs.

If you selected a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, only the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option will be reimbursed.

You may inspect the product in a manner reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. If the returned product is damaged, missing accessories, missing packaging, altered, or shows use beyond reasonable inspection, PowerXchanger may reduce the refund to account for the diminished value of the product, where permitted by applicable law.

PowerXchanger does not ship international orders duty prepaid. You are responsible for all destination-country import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, VAT, and similar charges assessed by the destination country, carrier, customs authority, tax authority, or other third party.

PowerXchanger is not responsible for reimbursing any import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, VAT, or similar charges that were not paid to PowerXchanger. If you believe any of those amounts are refundable after returning the product, you are responsible for requesting reimbursement directly from the relevant carrier, customs authority, tax authority, or other third party.
